New Delhi (PTI): The UPA has 'disintegrated', the CPI(M) said on Monday after the RJD dealt a major blow to the Congress over seat-sharing in Bihar.
'There is no UPA today. The UPA has disintegrated,' CPI(M) leader Brinda Karat told reporters here in response to questions."
